I have had the inside of my apartment damaged badly. It has been about two months now since i heard from thevregional manager.
When it first happened i called sent the pictures to the regional manager. I paid for the bed this month that they made the damage with. Now bestway wants their money on time. That is bull you all at best way can not give me any type of resolution for damaging my apartment.
I am not paying them for this bed anymore, i made one payment. But my apartment is still damaged.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
