Do not do auto pay

I have continuously asked Best way rent to stop auto pay but they continue to do it. I have contacted an attorney for this matter. I have called customer service numerous times with promises of someone contacting me for the last 3 weeks. No one has called. I will be contacting the local news as well as putting complaints out via social media about this company stealing money out of your bank account and corporate office being unprofessional and unconcerned about this issue I am having. I choose to pay my account by calling in or going to the store. I have requested that auto pay stop. I need someone to call me.

They gave me a loaner washer and dryer for two weeks while they ordered my new washer and dryer. It's now right at four months I do not have my washer and dryer every time I call they give me a run around and never call me back. I have called corporate four times in eight days I cannot get a district manager to contact me I cannot get a corporate manager to contact me. This is the worst customer service I've ever seen in my life I am paying the full price I would be paying for my washer and dryer new.every time I call customer care they tell me they cannot forward me to anybody they can only take a message and it be one business day.

Rude Disrespectful and Abusive Employee at store 088 Midfield, Al location

I have been having an issue with this case manager at Bestway in Midfield Al store #088 for months now. I have been renting from this company for years and up until they hired this Rude employee name Tamika, my experience has not been even close to great. She is so disrespectful and rude, they way she handle and talks to me is so unacceptable. I have spoken with managers and other co workers to see if I can get someone else to handle my account but they insist on her doing. She has been written up several times due to being rude and having abusive language with customers. I have been trying to reach out to corporate office with no success. I'm a disabled retiree and I should not be treated in such disrespect.

Question and complaint

I have made a payment 3 days ago even after that they still continue to call me threaten me asking for another payment I informed them that I was unable to make another payment this week because of my condition and me being unable to work they don't seem to care about the situation at hand right now and still threatening to pick up my bed. THEY PUT A LETTER UNDER THE HALLWAY DOOR OF MY APARTMENT BUILDING WITH MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER ON IT WHEN I SEEN IT THE LETTER WAS OPEN SOMEONE IN MY APARTMENT BUILDING HAS MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER BECAUSE OF BESTWAY WORKER

Merchandise was never delivered on delivery date and was not contacted

Went to the Albemarle rd location on Sunday paid to have a used washer and dryer set delivers Monday afternoon it was never delivered we were sitting for hours waiting on a delivery that never came I was contacted regarding a part and then nothing after that this is unacceptable

Im paying 3000 for a ps4

I thought my time was going to be up to pay, so I called to see exact day my game system would be paid in full. And this is when I was informed my time was up and I need to pay for 18 months more. I ask him why I didn't get a call he said 'hold on let me see what I can do. He then said I can rewrite your contract but failed to tell me what that would consist of. So I again called Best way and ask when my time that I need to pay and was told for 1800 more I owed. Today is March5 and I've made 12-110.00 payments but still owed 1800. Think I need an attorney.
